How It Works
At Competition Clean we have simplified the process of booking and having your car, van, truck, boat, or RV cleaned. Simply click on the book now button, select your preferred package, level of clean, and any add-ons you require, for your custom-tailored clean. Then select the date and time that works best for you, sit back and relax, and let us take care of the rest.Once you’ve provided us with your details we will send you an appointment confirmation email.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text or call 30 minutes prior to your mobile detail specialist’s arrival. Once we arrive, we will greet you at your vehicle to do a complete needs assessment and get a better understanding of what is most important to you and your key areas of concern (stains, protection, brake dust etc.).
We will then clean your vehicle inside and out, focusing on your key highlighted areas but never neglecting the rest. Our team of mobile detailing specialist will leave your car looking and feeling shiny and new. We will document the work by taking some photos. If you’d like you can come and inspect the work and let us know if there is anything that can be touched up.
Enhanced safety protocols: 100% contactless option
If you prefer a contactless solution, please instruct the mobile detail specialist over the phone or text where you would like to leave your keys and we they can conduct the assessment over the phone.
Once your detail service is complete, we will message you and will wait in the van while you look around. If there is anything you’d like corrected you can return inside, and we will complete any touch ups as required.
If there is anything we can do better, please do not hesitate to let your technician know. We want you to have a high-end, from start to finish experience and be fully satisfied every time.
Payment
Competition Clean offers contactless payment options as well as a touchless system for convenient debit and credit card processing. Our technicians will also accept cash. Tips are greatly appreciated, however, not expected, or required.
